Huawei's iManager I2000 network management system receives certification from HP and Micromuse

SHENZHEN, China -- Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. ("Huawei"), a leader in providing next generation telecommunications network solutions for operators around the world, today announced that its network management system iManager I2000 has been awarded interoperability product certification from the leading operations support systems (OSS) manufacturers, HP OpenView and Micromuse Netcool.

Huawei iManager I2000 provides network management solutions, which cover several fields, including voice, data, operation support, and 3G and IMS integrated service, as well as northern interfaces, to support operators to construct integrated network management. Huawei iManager I2000 has already been certified interoperable with many leading OSS providers including those from Alcatel, Lucent, as well as customized proprietary systems developed by operators.

Till now, Huawei iManager I2000 has been deployed in 31 provinces and municipalities in across China. Globally, Huawei iManager I2000 serves the needs of carriers from nearly 40 countries and regions, such as Kenya Safaricom, Thailand AIS, Brazil Telemar, Hong Kong PCCW, and Singapore Singtel.
