October 30, 2007
WALTHAM, Mass. -- NetCracker Technology announced today that Horry Telephone Cooperative (HTC) has selected NetCracker's Inventory and Provisioning solution to enable end-to-end fulfillment and management of all voice and data communications services. NetCracker's solution will decrease time-to-market for all business and residential services and increase provisioning efficiency.
HTC, a South Carolina ILEC and CLEC, is the nation's largest telephone cooperative providing leading-edge services such as fiber-to-the-home, home networking integration, and 3G wireless as well as local and long-distance voice, Internet access, digital cable TV, and mobile phone services.
To ensure continued subscriber and service growth, HTC requires a flexible, scalable solution that provides access to multiple systems and creates a single, end-to-end view of the customer's service.
"We chose NetCracker because of the rich capabilities and flexibility of their product suite coupled with the domain knowledge and experience of their Service Delivery team," said Sid Blackwelder, Chief Executive of Information Systems, Horry Telephone Cooperative. "NetCracker's successful worldwide deployments assure us that their mature and tested solutions will provide the scalability and productivity we require today and in the future."
