LUXEMBOURG -- MACH, the leading clearing and settlement partner for mobile based transactions, today announced that Elisa, one of Finland's leading operators and Vodafone's local partner, has renewed its agreement for roaming financial clearing & settlement and data clearing services.

Revenue assurance is increasingly being recognised by mobile operators as an important aspect of business to help maximise profits and drive efficiency. Transparency, control and the continuous flow of information are important throughout the financial clearing and settlement process and under the renewed agreement to provide its MACH Finance solution, MACH will continue to help Elisa achieve this.

Petri Pietiläinen, Director of International Traffic and Roaming at Elisa commented, "We have a strong partnership with MACH who have met and exceeded all of our expectations. So we had no hesitation in deciding to renew our contract with them. MACH's continued effort to provide us with excellent client support and flexible delivery terms is something that we feel is very important and has been key factors to our decision."

Martin Lippert, Chief Executive Officer at MACH said: "We continually strive to offer operators the best client support in the industry and Elisa's decision to continue working with us is testament to this. Today's telecoms industry faces unprecedented challenges; it is therefore absolutely paramount that mobile operators are able to secure their valuable revenue streams and minimise leakage. Not only are we able to offer our clients cutting edge solutions, but also the expertise to back it all up."

Petri Pietiläinen concluded: "MACH's team also keep a close eye and updates us on industry developments, new market requirements and regulations. We look forward to continuing and growing the relationship."
