(NASDAQ: CMVT) and the world's leading supplier of software and systems enabling network-based multimedia enhanced communication and billing services, today announced the launch of the Kenan® FX 2.0 customer care, ordering and billing solution. Optimized for the converging communications market, the modular Kenan FX 2.0 provides an advanced set of customer lifecycle management software solutions — from ordering and activation to charging and payments — to support a host of communication services, including interactive services such as games, e-commerce and Video on Demand (VoD).
Kenan FX 2.0 provides a comprehensive and configurable solution for core mediation, rating and postpaid billing requirements. Content/Pay-Per-View Management enables operators to offer, manage and bill for pay-per-view and VoD services. Inventory Management capabilities enable management of customer premise equipment such as set-top boxes and Internet modems. Field Workforce Management is designed for managing installations, relocations and service calls, and Enhanced Customer Care capabilities provide a superior end-user experience for online customer self-care and e-commerce.
