Clarity appoints Tony Garcia as vice president global new business and alliances

SYDNEY -- Clarity, the leading provider of Unified NGOSS Telecommunications Operational Management solutions, today announced that it has appointed Tony Garcia as Vice President Global New Business & Alliances.
Garcia joins Clarity from HP and EDS where he was Head of Business Transformation, EMEA. In this role he had responsibility for regional key accounts with a sales and services business transformation enablement remit. Garcia’s previous roles include Telcordia where he was Vice President International Services & Strategic Accounts and Easynet / BSkyB where he was Group IT & Transformation Director.
Garcia is well qualified to lead and expedite the company’s alliances and new business expansion strategy and execution. Garcia’s immediate focus will be to leverage current assets and concentrate on EMEA & South East Asia.
