Leading OSS software and network management services provider extends CALA footprint

ATLANTA -- Integrated Broadband Services (IBBS), a leading provider of OSS software and services to more than 200 cable operators worldwide, today announced that it will provide fully integrated diagnostics and network management services to Choice Cable TV of Puerto Rico.
IBBS, which currently works with 15 cable operators throughout the Caribbean and Latin America area (CALA), will furnish Choice with a full-service solution for its high-speed internet product to quickly and cost-effectively address and resolve customer issues, reduce truck rolls, call handle time and mean-time-to-repair, as well as drive higher levels of organizational performance. Choice Cable TV will utilize IBBS’ award-winning Broadband Explorer (BBX) hosted Diagnostics software to ensure that its customers benefit from the highest levels of network performance and support.
