DALLAS -- TeleManagement World, Booth No. 219 -- Casabyte, Inc., a worldwide provider of wireless service quality monitoring solutions, will demonstrate the enhanced version of RoamerNet, an RCATS Managed Service offering that enables wireless operators to verify services offered by their roaming partners without the need to deploy their own test equipment. The RoamerNet solution enables wireless operators to assess the quality and performance experienced by end users for voice, messaging and data services.
"Roaming subscribers generally represent an operator's most valuable customers. These subscribers expect high quality of service for their voice, data and messaging usage, particularly those enterprise customers traveling internationally on business," said Ken Hosac, Casabyte vice president of marketing. "Casabyte is pleased with the recent addition of H3G, Rogers, Syniverse and T-Mobile as RoamerNet customers. RoamerNet helps these operators ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing an international network of monitoring locations to validate service availability and performance from a subscriber perspective."
The RoamerNet offering is part of the family of RCATS Managed Services. Subscribers to RoamerNet have secure Web-based access to information detailing the availability and quality of wireless communication services on a worldwide basis. In addition to RoamerNet's automated testing functions, wireless operators can also design and run their own interactive tests on demand. RoamerNet's automated Quality of Service testing is available in up to 700 locations in 65 countries.
