Expanded integration combines Arris WorkAssure work order data with real-time vehicle location data from SageQuest Mobile Control

CLEVELAND -- Building on an established relationship, SageQuest LLC and Arris (Nasdaq:ARRS) introduce the next generation of integrated vehicle and workforce management solution. This expanded integration combines Arris WorkAssure™ work order data with real-time vehicle location data from SageQuest Mobile Control to deliver a seamless solution enabling customers to dramatically improve the productivity of their mobile workforce. The improvements to the integration are based upon feedback from shared customers who used the original integration when it was first introduced in 2006. Today, the new integrated solution serves thousands of technicians and vehicles in the broadband and telecom industries nationwide.

INITIAL PARTNERSHIP FORMED IN 2006
SageQuest, a provider of GPS vehicle tracking and management solutions and Arris, a global communications technology company specializing in the design and engineering of broadband networks to expediently deliver work order data, formed a partnership in 2006. They brought to market the first generation of integrated vehicle tracking and workforce management and made it available to select cable customers. For the first time, dispatchers were able to improve efficiency by integrating work orders with their vehicles' exact physical location to identify the closest technician to a job and provide exact directions to customer appointments.

SECOND GENERATION ADVANTAGES
At the heart of the improved integration is SageQuest’s ability to utilize two-way data flow to connect work orders to both real time and historical vehicle activity. In addition to improved mapping that displays real-time vehicle location along with current work order status from WorkAssure, customers now have access to expanded reporting capabilities that focus in on key performance metrics across their workforce and quickly identify best practices and opportunities to improve efficiency and customer service.
