DUBLIN -- Amartus, a developer of automated service delivery software for network service providers, today announced its new software-defined service orchestration (SDS) solution, Chameleon SDS.

Borrowing a page from the software-defined networking (SDN) playbook, Chameleon SDS enables service providers to fully automate the delivery of dynamic, on-demand network services. Chameleon SDS automation is available today.

Network services providers are uniquely positioned to deliver ‘must have’ on-demand, guaranteed network services enterprises need in order to migrate business critical communication and IT applications to the Cloud. However their lack of service delivery automation represents a significant barrier because services take weeks to provision.

Chameleon SDS provides automation from a single unified platform. With Chameleon SDS, service providers can shorten time to design new services and can automate the provisioning and operation of those services so they can be turned up in a matter of minutes.
