Alltel uses Arantech's touchpoint performance management software

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Arantech, the world leader in Customer Experience Management (CEM) software for mobile operators, today announced that Alltel Wireless, America’s largest network, has deployed the first Customer Experience Management solution within a U.S. wireless network.
