RA'ANANA, Israel -- Orca Interactive, a member of the Emblaze Group (LSE: BLZ) and global market leader in developing applications for Broadband-TV, and Corecess Global, Inc., a leader in IP-based access communication systems using Gigabit Ethernet, ADSL/ADSL2+, VDSL and GSHDSL technologies, have formed a co-marketing agreement to offer a complete triple play of broadband solutions to telecommunications service providers.

Through this agreement and other similar partnerships the company has recently signed, Orca is extending its leadership position in the Broadband-TV market by helping the major access providers remain competitive with a proven, reliable solution for delivering enhanced video entertainment services over xDSL network.

"This relationship with Corecess is another example of how Orca can work globally with access providers, to bring a complete solution to telcos," said Yosi Glick, vice president of business development, Orca Interactive. "As the xDSL competition intensifies, the leading access providers invest to offer a complete triple-play solution, which in most cases they select Orca as a partner as they recognized our technology as a key differentiator against these access providers' competitors".

"The combination of the Corecess 6800 IP DSLAM with integrated routing and Orca's RiGHTv application suite creates a powerful platform for delivering enhanced triple play services," said Y.B.Son, Senior vice president, Sales & Marketing of Corecess Inc. "Orca and Corecess share a strong global position strengthened through this relationship."

Orca's unique telco-grade architecture delivers compelling and differentiated services to maximize the revenue stream of operators and enable delivery and management of VOD, broadcast TV, EPG, NVOD, pay-per-view and e-commerce for related merchandise. Orca's platform also supports multi-device service delivery to enable heterogeneous environments of set-top boxes as well as convergence with PC and wireless devices.

In addition to Corecess, Orca has recently partnered with access providers in Finland, Korea, Israel, Italy and the United States.
