OptoTest Corporation moves operations to Newbury Park facility

NEWBURY PARK, Calif. -- OptoTest Corporation, a provider of comprehensive test solutions for the fiber optics industry, has moved its operations to Newbury Park, California. The relocation, to a facility at 750 Mitchell Rd., in Newbury Park, enables the company to combine all of its manufacturing, sales and administrative activities under one roof and provides room for further growth, said Caroline Connolly, the Sales Director for OptoTest Corp.

Founded in Thousand Oaks, Calif., OptoTest designs, manufactures and distributes breakthrough products for testing fiber optic components and systems. From the OP831 Bi-Directional Insertion Loss Meter, which tests patchcords and assemblies in less than three seconds, to our feature-packed OP508 Power Meter Modules and high performance OP710 Multichannel Optical Power Meters, OptoTest provides innovative products that make fiber optic testing faster and easier in the R&D lab and on the manufacturing floor.

Embodying in-depth experience dating back to the entrepreneurial years of Photodyne Inc. and RIFOCS Corp., OptoTest continues the tradition of designing efficient and cost-effective solutions for testing fiber optics. OptoTest also services and calibrates benchtop and modular test instruments and systems manufactured by RIFOCS.
