The relocation, to a facility at 750 Mitchell Rd., in Newbury Park, enables the company to combine all of its manufacturing, sales and administrative activities under one roof and provides room for further growth, said Caroline Connolly, the Sales Director for OptoTest Corp.

Founded in Thousand Oaks, Calif., OptoTest designs, manufactures and distributes breakthrough products for testing fiber optic components and systems.
