FREMONT, Calif. -- The OIF is planning a strong presence at OFC/NFOEC this year with a series of panel presentations and multi-vendor interoperability demonstrations. Twenty-two OIF member companies are participating in the public demonstration, OIF Interoperability 2012 – Enabling High-Speed Dynamic Services at OFC/NFOEC in Los Angeles, March 6-8th at Booth #713. Tours of the demonstrations will take place daily at the booth at 12:30 pm.

“The interoperability demonstrations of networking and electrical interface technology are an excellent example of the breadth of technology our members support and are improving through their work at OIF,” said Lyndon Ong of Ciena and the OIF’s vice president of marketing. “We also have a strong list of speakers on our OFC panel sessions addressing very timely issues on high-speed interconnects and dynamic OTN networks.”
