LOS ANGELES -- At OFC/NFOEC this week, Nokia Siemens Networks is showcasing its Liquid Transport architecture and technologies, offering operators an end-to-end view of their transport networks for a more flexible, fast and efficient infrastructure. In addition, Nokia Siemens Networks’ Mobile Optical Lab, located on the exhibition floor, will feature live demonstrations of its commercially available solutions, including 100G, next-generation ROADMs and packet optical technologies.

Nokia Siemens Networks’ innovative Liquid Transport, which is part of its Liquid Net architecture, enhances optical networking functions by adding flexible optics and intelligent control capabilities to bring transformation and optimization across all the transport layers. This enables the network to adapt to the changing needs of consumers, the services being used and the operational state of the network itself.
