Net Insight appoint Fredrik Trägårdh as new CEO; current chief exec Tomas Duffy to take the position of Teligent

STOCKHOLM -- The Board has appointed Fredrik Trägårdh as new CEO of Net Insight as the current CEO Tomas Duffy will take the position as CEO of Teligent AB. The change of CEO will take place at the next ordinary Board meeting on February 16, 2006. Fredrik Trägårdh is currently CFO of Net Insight AB.

"We thank Tomas Duffy for an excellent job during the 4.5 years that he has been at Net Insight. Fredrik Trägårdh is a very good choice of successor and the Board is very pleased to present a good solution for the Company. Fredrik Trägårdh has made excellent contributions during his 3 years in the Company and he has a broad international competence which is very important in our business", said Lars Berg, Chairman of Net Insight AB.

Simultaneously, Anders Persson has been appointed Vice President with a specific responsibility for development and technical issues. "Anders Persson has during the last 5 years successfully managed Net Insight's development department", said Lars Berg.

"It has been a fun and developing period at Net Insight. Net Insight is today stronger than ever before and I am now looking forward to the next exciting assignment", said Tomas Duffy, CEO of Net Insight.
