Xtera announced the Nu-Wave XLR, DWDM submarine line terminal equipment for regional repeatered submarine applications

ALLEN, Texas -- Xtera Communications, Inc., a leading global provider of optical and IP networking solutions, today announced the Nu-Wave XLR, a Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) Submarine Line Terminal Equipment (SLTE) for regional repeatered submarine applications. Available today, the Nu-Wave XLR is optimized for the upgrade of medium-haul repeatered submarine systems.
