BTI Systems joins Internet2 Consortium

OTTAWA -- BTI Systems, a global supplier of Intelligent Service Edge solutions for the delivery of multiprotocol services, announced today that it has joined Internet2, the leading U.S. advanced networking consortium. The consortium facilitates the development, deployment and use of innovative technologies that will directly impact future Internet networks. As a member of the consortium, BTI will participate in the development of packet optical networking technologies in partnership with Internet2’s members to help support future growth of academic research and the Internet community.
