HAMBURG, Germany -- PANDATEL AG is expanding its product line in the area of time division multiplexing (TDM): The new multiplexer card CMX-IG2 provides simultaneous transmission of Gigabit Ethernet and/or Fibre Channel protocols via one optical fiber. Multiplexing basically involves increasing the bandwidth of existing optical lines. The technology used in this card (TDM) allows for the inexpensive and safe use of optical transmission lines at double speed. The new 2-channel multiplexer CMX-IG2 is available both as a channel card for the DWDM system FOMUX 3000 and as a standalone device. Pandatel AG
