Notter is ULTRA-CONFUSED
Infinera's PIC is NOT a DSP.  It needs an external DSP for an optical system.  ICE 5 actually uses Acacia's DSP for an optical system.  Somebody needs to explain the basics to this analyst before he hurts someone.  ICE 4 uses an internally developed DSP from Infinera.  It is not known what ICE 6 will use.
