SAN MATEO, Calif. -- RGB Networks, the leader in network video processing, today announced that they have appointed Bill Jamaca to the newly created position of Vice President of Customer Services. This move is in support of the company's recent expansion into the Asia Pacific and Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) regions, as well as the addition of new products to RGB's line of advanced video processing products. Jamaca's exceptional people management skills and successful track record of developing solid business practices will ensure RGB's customers enjoy a focused and efficient experience throughout the provisioning, installation and maintenance cycles.
As an expert in building and growing customer support and service organizations for both start-up and established organizations, Jamaca brings over 25 years of senior level experience in the networking, hardware, software, support and services sectors. Jamaca comes to RGB Networks from Xsigo Systems, where, as vice president of support and services, he was responsible for global customer support for Fortune 500 customers. Prior to Xsigo, Jamaca was senior director of global technical support operations for Extreme Networks, where he managed global customer support and successfully implemented an initial response center in India.
"Bill's remarkable background in global customer support, paired with his experience and dedication to customers, business process, infrastructure and metrics, will play a critical role in continuing to exceed customer expectations and helping advance RGB's growth," says Jef Graham, CEO of RGB Networks. "His unique ideas on global service and support quickly gained traction with RGB's management and board, assuring us Bill was the right man for the job."
