EGT announced the appointment of Chuck Conner to Senior Vice President of Sales

ATLANTA -- EGT, provider of the most comprehensive video processing technology for digital networks, today announced the appointment of Chuck Conner to Senior Vice President of Sales. A seasoned broadband industry veteran, Conner will be responsible for leading the company's sales organization and initiatives.
"Chuck has a stellar record of success managing sales for leading cable equipment manufacturers," said John Lappington, President of EGT. "He has the industry knowledge and experience EGT needed to guide our growing sales force and further penetrate the marketplace. I am looking forward to experiencing his leadership on our team."
Conner came to EGT by way of Harmonic, Inc., where as Vice President of Major Account Sales, he was responsible for more than $400 million in sales. Conner's previous career also includes similar stints at General Instruments (currently Motorola) and Philips Broadband Networks. At each of these industry giants, he played an integral role in the development and execution of successful launch and sales strategies for new product lines.
