TEMPLECOMBE, U.K. -- Celideo Limited is pleased to announce RoboSIP, a system that performs fully automated VoIP testing, specifically targeted at VoIP Service Providers and System Integrators.

RoboSIP gives VoIP SPs and PBX (Asterisk) integrators unique insight into call quality issues in their network and on customer premises by performing fully automated end-to-end analysis. The system simulates calls and performs media and signal quality analysis, generating reports for post-analysis and real-time alerts.

Suitable for pre-deployment network verification and long term observation, it can run alone against a test endpoint, in pairs or in groups. A summary of each call is recorded to an SQL database, including call length, codec, KPIs, MOS, R-Factor, SIP success and failure causes and rates. Media analysis includes E-Model and R-Factor evaluation using ITU-T G.107, measuring the perceptual effects of packet loss.

"As the margins in VoIP are squeezed, the budgets required for traditional test systems are harder to justify. However customers still demand quality of service and quick troubleshooting response times, if the industry fails to do this the adoption rate is going to falter and businesses will fail. The functionality provided by RoboSIP is unheard of at this price level; it offers a clear departure from traditional telecommunication test tools." says Stuart Allen, Founder of Celideo Limited.
