CAMPBELL, Calif. -- Brilliant Telecommunications, Inc., a leading supplier of next-generation network synchronization equipment and solutions, announced that the Board of Directors has named Jonathan W. Ladd (Jon) Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. Jon has served on Brilliant’s Board since October 2008.
