Now What's Nortel Worth?
10:00 AM -- A while ago, I looked at Nortel Networks Ltd. and compared it to some other companies with the same market capitalization. (See What's Nortel Worth?) Those companies were much smaller in every way, except in the eyes of Wall Street.
Now, Nortel is worth even less than just a few days ago; its market cap now hangs around $144 million, down from $199 million earlier this month. (See Now What's Nortel Worth?) Nortel, which pulls in around $10 billion in annual revenues, is now valued on par with companies that pull in anywhere from $90 million to $200 million.
