SAN JOSE, Calif. -- Nova Crystals, Inc., a pioneer of optical networking laser components, today announced the appointment of Lois Eckmann as the company's vice president of finance and chief financial officer (CFO). The company also announced the appointment of Dr. Ray Milano, vice president and general manager for Vitesse Semiconductor, to its board of directors. Expansion of the Nova Crystals management team and board of directors, including the recent appointment of Doug Sinclair as vice president of engineering, will support Nova Crystals as an emerging leader in the optical networking industry.
