Albanian Mobile Communications has selected Tecnomen to upgrade its system to next-generation messaging

STOCKHOLM -- Albanian Mobile Communications (AMC), the leading operator in Albania, has selected Tecnomen to upgrade its current system to Next Generation Messaging system.
Upgrading the existing Tecnomen messaging platform provides a new range of value added services for AMC's voice mail solution. The easy-to-use package of features includes Missed Call Notice/ iCalled for all subscribers. Intelligent Call Back and Fax Mail are targeted to be used by selected end-user segments.

"Tecnomen supplied AMC's first voice mail system in 2001. The system provides voice services mostly for prepaid customers," says Mr Petri Nordlund, Sales Director, Europe, Tecnomen. "After the upgrade AMC will be able to build messaging service packages that meet market requirements and then offer their customers the advanced services they need."
