ESPOO, Finland -- Tecnomen has signed an agreement to deliver a Voice Messaging System expansion and upgrade to Maxis Communications in Malaysia.
This expansion enables Maxis to diversify their service offering. It also secures cost effectiveness for the future. Maxis is able to streamline its voice messaging architecture by consolidating messaging platforms to Tecnomen's centralised solution.
This Next Generation Messaging System upgrade and expansion enables Maxis to extend its service offering to customers. This delivery also consists of Next Generation Voice Mail as well as other voice services such as Missed Call Notice, Intelligent Call Back, and Greeting Centre.
