SiNett Corp. names David Eichler chief financial officer

SUNNYVALE, Calif. -- SiNett Corporation, a developer of groundbreaking wireless local area network (WLAN) packet processing silicon and software, today announced the appointment of David Eichler as vice president of finance and chief financial officer.

A high-tech industry veteran with over 25 years of financial and operational experience, Mr. Eichler adds additional strength to SiNett's seasoned management team as the company prepares for its upcoming launch of purpose-built ICs and software for integrated wired and wireless networks.

As vice president of finance and chief financial officer, Mr. Eichler is responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative activities of the company including financial strategy, financings, treasury, human resources, legal and investor relations.

Mr. Eichler comes to SiNett with an outstanding track record of achieving financial results in high-growth, high-tech corporations. Before joining SiNett, Mr. Eichler most recently served as chief financial officer for Tripath Technology Incorporated. Prior to Tripath, Mr. Eichler held vice president and chief financial officer positions at Alliance Semiconductor, Gadzook Networks and Hyundai Electronics and has also held senior executive level finance positions with Adobe Systems and Tandem Computers.
