Siemens Enterprise Communications works closely with other Siemens divisions such as Industrial Automation & Drives to build integrated portfolios that uniquely address vertical market needs. The HiPath WLAN portfolio is now sold in more than 40 countries.

"With the introduction of the C2400 controller, Siemens is building on its position as a leader in wireless network technology," said Eve Aretakis, CEO, Siemens Communications, Inc. "This product, in addition to the other solutions in our growing portfolio of WLAN products, places us clearly ahead of the competition in numerous areas including security and Voice over Wireless LAN (VoWLAN). The C2400 further reinforces Siemens' commitment to technology leadership within the mobile enterprise and WLAN market."
