OpVista names Jeff DeLazaro as vice president sales, North America

MILPITAS, Calif. -- OpVista, Inc., the company delivering intelligent optical networks featuring cost-effective reconfigurability, capacity, and instant 10G upgrades, announced today that Jeff DeLazaro has joined the company as vice president of sales for North America.

Mr. DeLazaro is a career sales executive in both the cable and telecommunications industries and previously served as the Regional Vice President of Sales at Cedar Point Communications. He has a solid track record developing strong relationships and was responsible for driving business for several start-ups into MSOs and telcos. Prior to Cedar Point, Jeff served in executive sales roles at, ZOLO Technologies, Broad Band Access Systems (BAS), which was acquired by ADC, Terayon Communications and Antec/Arris. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University.
