Billy O’Connor has over 20 years of experience in the telecom industry working in both operator and supplier organisations within the EU and North America. Billy joined Samsung Networks in 2013 as a Networks Solution manager based in Dublin Ireland and now serves as the Lead Solution Manager for Samsung Networks Europe. He is responsible for collaborating with senior customer technology teams across the EU market to bring virtualized RAN and Open RAN solutions to fruition.

Prakash Desai, Sr. Director of Product Management, Wind River
Prakash Desai is currently a Sr. Director of Product Management at Wind River and is responsible for driving product strategy, product management, and industry solutions for Wind River Studio portfolio. Wind River Studio delivers an integrated cloud platform unifying infrastructure, orchestration, and analytics capabilities so operators can deploy and manage their cloud native telco solutions from edge to core.

Prior to Wind River Prakash held various leadership roles at Nokia and Motorola in engineering, product management and business development, serving global customers. Over the course of his two decades career in the telecom industry, Prakash has gained a wealth of knowledge in communications industry and is well versed with the global trends and evolution of wireless technologies. He is passionate about developing products and portfolio that deliver value to telecom service providers.

Prakash holds a MS degree in engineering from Michigan State University and an MBA from Kellogg Business School at Northwestern university. He is based in Chicago, USA.

Sindhu Xirasagar has over 20 years’ experience in Silicon and Software products enabling the Wireless industry.
