OneLink Picks Integra5
Triple play provider becomes first in the commonwealth to launch customizable TV Caller ID with Call Log and Network Address Book
December 9, 2008
WOBURN, Mass. -- Integra5, the leader in ‘blending the bundle’ into new communications experiences that span multiple consumer devices, today announced that Puerto Rican triple play provider OneLink Communications has deployed the i5 Converged Services Platform (i5 CSP) to deliver customizable TV Caller ID throughout its market footprint. OneLink Communications will launch the i5 application — marketed as OneLink Caller ID — this month to 30,000 subscribers of its video and telephony bundle as a way to further differentiate its services from the region’s satellite and telco providers through an integrated communications experience that customers can personalize and manage.
“Our decision to deploy Integra5’s platform to enable converged services is yet another milestone in a line of ‘firsts’ we’ve delivered to our subscribers here in Puerto Rico,” said Jeffrey Engleman, director of Customer Operations at OneLink Communications. “Our new OneLink Caller ID offering transforms the traditional communications experience by allowing subscribers to instantly manage incoming calls right there on their TV screens, without needing to install anything new or rely on a service visit to make it work. With the i5 CSP in place, we’re also well-positioned to quickly roll out additional converged communications services in the future, such as real-time TV chat and customer care notifications.”
