NextPhase pursues acquisition of California wireless broadband provider

ANAHEIM, Calif. -- NextPhase Wireless (OTCBB:NXPW), an emerging national service provider of wireless broadband connectivity and turnkey wireless solutions, today announced that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Blazen Wireless, a small wireless broadband provider in California, in exchange for stock in NextPhase.
"Blazen has done an excellent job assisting a mix of business and residential customers in underserved areas of the state. Their exceptional customer service and the strategic locations of their equipment make them an excellent addition to our company," said NextPhase CEO Robert Ford.
Ford said the acquisition is part of NextPhase's strategic plan to build out its infrastructure and acquire new clients.
