MobiTV appoints vice president of technical operations

EMERYVILLE, Calif. -- MobiTV, Inc., the leader in mobile and broadband entertainment services, today announced that David Turner has joined the Company as Vice President of Technical Operations. Turner brings more than 10 years of executive and managerial experience building and maintaining profitable worldwide operations organizations, including delivery of 24x7 software as a service (SaaS) operations, IT Teams, customer support teams, and engineering services teams. He will report directly to Bruce Gilpin, Chief Operating Officer. His appointment is effective as of March 3, 2008.
