Mobilitec Names VP/Israel GM

SAN MATEO, Calif. -- Mobilitec Inc. the leading provider of Over the Air (OTA) content delivery and management solutions for wireless carriers today announced the appointment of Nissim Ben-Dayan as the Vice President of Worldwide Operations and General Manager of the Mobilitec Israel office.

Nissim will focus on enhancing our worldwide carrier grade customer services and support while maintaining our technological innovation and leadership," said Margaret Norton, President and CEO of Mobilitec. Prior to joining Mobilitec, Nissim Ben-Dayan served as Deputy Managing Director and CTO of Pelephone, Israel's first mobile operator, managing over 300 systems engineers and technicians and responsible for the deployment of CDMA cellular network composed of more than 1000 cell sites serving over 1 million subscribers. Ben-Dayan has established Pelephone's Engineering and Operations division serving as the Senior VP with responsibility for overall system design, development and maintenance. Prior to that Ben-Dayan served in several engineering and product management roles in Motorola Israel responsible for development and sales of fixed and mobile data products.
