Previously Knology had deployed the FourthWall EBIF Platform to a portion of its Montgomery, Alabama system. This new agreement expands the offering to include additional markets within Knology’s Southeast and Midwestern footprint to support the deployment of Caller ID.“FWM’s EBIF platform enables Knology to efficiently deliver new and innovative applications to our customers”, said John Treece, Chief Technology Officer of Knology. “Enhanced Caller ID is just one example of a number of products within the portfolio that can add immediate value to customers, and enhance the interactive experience.”
