iPass announces filing of registration statement for the initial public offering of its common stock

REDWOOD SHORES, Calif. -- iPass Inc. announced today that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the initial public offering of its common stock. All of the shares in the offering are being offered by iPass. iPass provides software-enabled enterprise connectivity services for mobile workers. iPass' primary service is designed to enable enterprises to provide their employees with secure access from approximately 150 countries to the enterprise's internal network through an easy-to-use interface. Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated, Credit Suisse First Boston LLC, SG Cowen Securities Corporation and Thomas Weisel Partners LLC are the managers of the offering. iPass Inc.
