InfoSpace expects to meet or beat second quarter financial guidance when it announces results on July 23rd

BELLEVUE, Wash. -- InfoSpace, Inc. (Nasdaq:INSP), a provider of wireless and Internet software and application services, today announced that it expects to meet or exceed financial guidance for the second quarter of 2002. InfoSpace reiterates its previous guidance for second quarter revenue of $31 million and a pro forma net loss per share of two cents ($0.02). "We remain very confident with the financial guidance delivered during our first quarter conference call," said Tammy Halstead, chief financial officer of InfoSpace, Inc. "We are focused on maximizing shareholder value and building a great enterprise for the long term." InfoSpace will announce second quarter financial results on July 23, 2002.
