ESPOO, Finland -- Tecnomen delivers a PMR (Professional Mobile Radio) Messaging system to Dubai Government in the United Arab Emirates. The delivery contains the Voice and Unified Messaging System and Short Data Service Centre (SDSC). The system will be delivered on the fourth quarter of 2005.

Dubai Governments operates one of UAE's TETRA networks in Dubai and Northern Emirates. The network is used for public authorities.
