Web conferencing provider Dimdim raised $6 million in its Series B round, bringing its total funding to $9 million.

Live Nation announces a three-year deal with rock band Nickelback -- as soon as the band's two albums that are contractually obligated to Road Runner get finished. The three-year soul-selling deal reportedly includes ticket sales, endorsements, merchandising, sponsoring, licensing, and insurance collections. (Well, maybe not the last one.)
