Steve Goggiano promoted from chief operating officer (COO) to president and COO

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. -- CoSine Communications, (Nasdaq: COSN), a leading provider of network-based IP Service Delivery Platforms, announced the promotion of Steve Goggiano from chief operating officer (COO) to president and COO. Goggiano will assume responsibility for all functional areas of the company and begin his new role immediately. He will continue to report to Dean Hamilton, who will remain the company's chairman and chief executive officer. Hamilton will focus on identifying as well as cultivating new market opportunities and directing the company's technology strategy.
