WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Coriolis Networks, Inc., will present the first live public demonstration of its premier optical networking platform, the OptiFlow Network, from January 30 to February 1 at COMNET Expo. The live demonstration will take place at Coriolis Networks exhibitor's booth (number 4302).

The OptiFlow Network platform is a purpose-built end- to-end metropolitan optical access solution designed to transport both 'bursty' data and voice traffic - in their native modes - flexibly and cost-effectively across a geographically distributed network. There are many solutions on the market that are designed for pure TDM or pure packet service transport, but there are few alternatives available that can efficiently transport both TDM and packet data services over the typical fiber-optic ring topologies found in most of the metro markets in North America.
