TEL AVIV, Israel -- Ceragon Networks Ltd. (NASDAQ: CRNT), a global provider of high-capacity broadband wireless systems for cellular operators, communications service providers and enterprises, today reported results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year, which ended December 31, 2001. Revenues for the fourth quarter were $3.3 million, as compared to $3.1 million for the third quarter of 2001. Pro-forma gross profit in the fourth quarter was $0.7 million, or 20.3% of revenues, up from a pro-forma gross profit of $0.3 million, or 10.1% of revenues, in the third quarter of 2001. Pro-forma net loss for the fourth quarter of 2001 was $(3.6) million, or $(0.17) pro-forma net loss per ordinary share, as compared to $(3.9) million, or $(0.19) pro-forma net loss per ordinary share, for the third quarter of 2001. Revenues for fiscal year 2001 reached $24.9 million, as compared to $29.2 million in fiscal year 2000. Pro-forma gross profit for fiscal year 2001 was $8.4 million, or 33.8% of revenues, as compared to pro-forma gross profit of $12.6 million, or 43.1% of revenues, in fiscal year 2000. Pro-forma net loss for fiscal year 2001 was $(14.2) million, or $(0.67) pro-forma net loss per ordinary share.
