SANTA CLARA, CA-- ANDA Networks, a leading provider of high-performance next generation access networks, today announced the completion of a $70 million round of private equity funding. This fourth round of financing was led by Bowman Capital of San Mateo, California. Co-lead investors were Amerindo Investment Advisors Inc., Franklin Templeton Group and Van Wagoner Capital Management. In addition, venture capital firms who previously invested in earlier rounds also participated in this round. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
