Dr. Femi AdeyemiHead of the Wireless Business at Fujitsu
Dr. Femi Adeyemi is Head of the Wireless Business at Fujitsu. He is responsible for engaging the wireless industry in the 5G Open RAN ecosystem, with an emphasis in wireless network design, development, and deployment, to help mobile operators around the world deliver on the promise of 5G and beyond.

Femi has over 25 years of experience in the wireless and communications network industry. Prior to working with Fujitsu, he drove technology and product strategy for LTE and voice in 3G/4G macrocell and femtocell product lines at Airvana Inc (later acquired by Commscope and Ericsson). He has also held various senior technical and management roles at Motorola, Engim and Elbera (a company he founded). Femi holds a BS, MS, and Ph.D. in electrical engineering.

Gerardo GiarettaVice President, Product Management, Qualcomm Technologies, Inc.
Gerardo Giaretta currently serves as vice president of product management at Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. where he manages the 5G infrastructure business and comprehensive products portfolio.

Gerardo holds over 20 years of experience in the wireless communications industry including 16-plus years with Qualcomm. Since joining in 2007, he has held a variety of roles in research, system design, standardization, and product management. In fact, Gerardo was the first 5G product manager through the 5G acceleration process and oversaw the launch of Snapdragon X50, the first 5G device chipset. Prior to joining Qualcomm, Gerardo was part of the standardization team for Telecom Italia.

Gerardo holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Padua in Italy. Additionally, he has been granted more than 70 U.S. patents.

Sanil Ramachandran, Director of Technology, Networks Business, Samsung Electronics America

Sanil has 18+ years of experience in telecom industry, especially in wireless domain with solid understanding of cellular architecture and 3GPP LTE and 5G air interface. He represents Samsung in O-RAN Open Fronthaul Interface Working Group (WG4). Sanil is currently a Director of Technology for the Networks Business at Samsung Electronics America, primarily focusing on technical sales with Tier 1 and larger regional network operators in the US. He holds Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and holds multiple patents in wireless and O-RAN fronthaul domain.

Warren BayekVice President, Technology, Wind River
Warren is the CTO Office lead for Wind River Cloud strategy, including overseeing Wind River's 5G cloud and virtualization strategy. In that capacity he works closely with Telco providers and partners with the goal of accelerating virtual and Open RAN adoption. Warren is a professional technology leader with thirty years’ experience in designing and delivering complex real time high availability software in the Telco space, both at large companies as well as successful startups. Prior to joining Wind River, Warren was the Chief Software Architect for Genband and Ribbon Communications where he guided the virtualization of several large-scale network products and led the architecture of OpenStack, SDN, and NFV automation offerings.
