Skyvera announced today that it has completed the acquisition of CloudSense, a global provider of business-to-business (B2B) cloud-based Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) and order management solutions built natively on the Salesforce platform for the telecommunications and media industries. The purchase strengthens Skyvera's position as a strategic acquirer of telecommunications software businesses.
CloudSense's Salesforce-native platform is trusted by major global telecommunications providers including BT, Vodafone, and O2, as well as leading media and technology companies like Spotify. It streamlines complex order processes, improves operational efficiency, and accelerates time-to-market through multi-channel integration. The acquisition of CloudSense expands Skyvera's cloud-native portfolio, empowering telecom operators in Asia, Europe, India, Africa, and the Middle East to accelerate their digital transformation journeys and improve customer experiences. Skyvera plans to advance CloudSense's platform by investing in AI-driven innovations.
CloudSense will be managed by Skyvera, an affiliate of TelcoDR that modernizes telco software to leverage AI and operate on the public cloud. While CloudSense’s platform is already cloud-native, Skyvera plans to fully optimize its portfolio to leverage AI, enabling smarter automation and deeper, data-driven insights. CloudSense will benefit from TelcoDR's industry-leading AI portfolio and expertise, which includes Totogi's BSS Magic—an innovative Services-as-Software offering designed to solve complex BSS use-cases through AI using AI-powered code generation to reduce change request costs by up to 90%. CloudSense will also benefit from Salesforce's Einstein and Agentforce, AI capabilities native to the world's leading CRM platform. These enhancements will deliver new capabilities, ensure operational excellence, and provide greater business value to customers.
