In his new role, Korgav will be responsible for various operations, including production control, product test and engineering, quality, human resources and finance. A veteran in the semiconductor industry, Korgav has more than 27 years of manufacturing and operational experience in semiconductor and optical (DWDM) transport systems. He has held various management and executive positions in many semiconductor companies, including co-founding one company and guiding two companies to very successful IPOs.
