HERNDON, Va. -- NEC America Public NetworksGroup, a leading developer of advanced communication products, softwareandservices for public networks, today announced the newest addition toNEC's SpectralWave® family of optical networking systems: theSpectralWave U-Node, anext-generation multi-function node that allows networks to aggregate,groom and transport both SONET/SDH and IP traffic.
