TelstraClear Ltd. CEO Allan Freeth is paraphrased, sanctimoniously opining that "improved residential networks would be used for downloading movies and pornography and would not contribute to national productivity."

Ah, but if they download locally produced porn... that'll certainly give productivity a healthy goose.
