Roamware Grows

SINGAPORE -- Roamware, leading the market in global roaming solutions and added value mobile services, has increased its reach to 100 countries as mobile operators continue to sign up for Roamware’s revenue-enhancing technology. As the one hundred country barrier was broken, Roamware was selected by global analysts Frost & Sullivan to receive the Frost & Sullivan Technology Innovation Award for Roaming Solutions Market 2006.

Alok Shende, Director ICT Practice, Frost & Sullivan said: “Our Awards recognise industry achievements that demonstrate technological superiority with well designed innovative solutions. Our teams of industry experts recognise the diligence and innovation required to implement a successful business plan and excel in the increasingly competitive global marketplace. These prestigious awards are recognised worldwide by the media, the investment community and end-user markets.”

The Awards winners are determined by market interviews and extensive secondary research of proprietary data, competitor revenue and market share within the industry. For technology awards, the technologies and research projects are compared using customer base demands. In addition, factors such as feasibility of product launch, likelihood of customer acceptance and acceptance rates, and estimated time to market are taken into consideration.

Bobby Srinivasan, Roamware CEO, said: “Roamware’s core competency is interconnectivity, and we are proud to have been instrumental in the growth of the roaming market. Operator and consumer demand for innovative roaming services continues to grow worldwide – and we will continue to innovate, as recognised by the prestigious Frost & Sullivan Award.”
